Hello and Happy Feel Good Friday!  First, let me start off by saying what a great Summer it has been and how fortunate I am to have such wonderful clients.  I don't even think of you as clients but more like my friends.  I started Flirty Girl Lashes almost three years ago  with two people, working 2 days a week and now have grown to have 5 clients a day working 6 days a week.  I value each and everyone of you but with growth comes change and there are some changes that I want to make everyone aware of.  If you have questions please feel free to contact me. 

1. I can only allow a client to be up to 15 minutes late. If you think you will be anymore then 15 minutes late you will need to reschedule your appointment.  The first time you are late and need to reschedule,  I will give you a free pass, but if it happens again I will no longer be able to book you for an appointment.  Please understand that I value your time and ask that you do the same for me. 

2. I am currently booked a week in advance.  I recommend that clients book their appointment one to two weeks in advance.  I will no longer be booking any less then 48 hours in advance.  You can be put on a waiting list.   If I have a cancellation I will let you know. 

3. Flirty Girl Lashes schedule is as follows:
Tuesday to Friday and every other Saturday.  Closed Sunday and Monday.  8am to 5pm  
If I can do an early morning I will do my best.  Latest available appointment is 5pm. 

4. Please understand that I will not fill other lash stylist's work.  So if you do go to another lash stylist because I can't fit you in, I will not be able to do your lashes until every lash extension has been removed or fallen off.

5. If you cancel your appointment less then 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, there will be a $25 fee.  I understand things come up.  If you abuse the system I can no longer have you as a client. 

6.  I love all your little ones so much, but children under the age of 12 will no longer be allowed at Flirty Girl Lashes.   

7.  I know that sometimes your lashes shed faster and with certain types of weather your lashes may fall out.  I want ALL my clients to be happy.  I will fix your lashes for the 1st time without charging a full set fee.  After that you will have to pay for a full set. 

8. Pay schedules for fills are as follows:
20 lashes per eye- $45 
30 lashes per eye- $55
40 lashes per eye- $65 
50 lashes per eye- $75

There is no longer two week fills or three week fills.  It is based off the number of lashes you want applied. 

This applies to NEW Clients. 

It is important that you take care of your lashes.  If you are consistently losing more lashes then you should, you will be charged accordingly. 

8.  I usually never go on vacation but these last few months I seem to be all over the place.  I want to give you plenty of notice so I will either text you or I will have this information posted on my blog and facebook page.  If I am gone I will not be scheduling appointments until I return.  I will not take my scheduler with me when I am traveling.  To those who I have made an error in the past.  Please forgive me. 

9.  Remember that you should not get your lashes wet or expose them to heat for at least 24 hours and up to 48 hours is best.  I will give you aftercare instructions at the end of your appointment.
